Opened or Worn: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or worn contact lenses.

Eyewear:

Unworn and Undamaged: We accept returns of unworn and undamaged eyewear within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Eyewear must be returned in its original packaging with any included accessories.

Worn or Damaged: We cannot accept returns of worn or damaged eyewear. This includes eyewear with scratched lenses, broken frames, or any other signs of wear.

Defect:

We offer returns for defective items only. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
